Council has prepared the Draft Central Coast Local Approvals Policy, pursuant to Section 158 of the Local Government Act 1993. Council considered the Draft Central Coast Local Approvals Policy and the Draft Central Coast Outdoor Trading Specification, at its meeting on 28 November 2023 and endorsed these documents proceeding to public exhibition.

Pursuant to Clause 160 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to give public notice of a draft local policy together with any other matter which will enable the draft local policy and its implications to be understood.  The public exhibition period of the Draft Local Approvals Policy, together with the Draft Outdoor Trading Specification, will be on exhibition between 12 February and 27 March 2024.
