Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of ten (10) years:

  • Kariong Neighbourhood Centre – 10 Langford Dr, Kariong – Lot 1 DP 805863
    Permitted use: community-based programs, activities and services supporting the local community.
  • Manno’s Men’s Shed – Part of the land at 2W Campbell Pde Mannering Park – Lot 83 DP 220400
    Permitted Use: Men’s Shed and activities associated within.
  • Umina United Soccer Club Inc - Part of the land at 65 Sydney Ave, Umina Beach NSW 2257 – Lot 7037 DP 1066209 
    Permitted use: Soccer clubhouse and associated activities.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer a lease to the following for a period of five (5) years:

  • Mannering Park Tidy Towns – Part of the land at 2W Campbell Pde Mannering Park – Lot 83 DP 220400
    Permitted Use: Storage of tools and meeting spot for volunteers who work to improve and clean-up the local area.
  • Bateau Bay Neighbourhood Centre – 10 Cynthia St, Bateau Bay – Lot 901 DP 786123
    Permitted use: community-based programs, activities and services supporting the local community.
  • Wyong Family History Group – Part of the land at 6 Rankens Court, Wyong – Lot 1 DP 942380 
    Permitted Use: Researching and documenting family histories and activities associated therewith.
  • Kerry L Costelloe – Trading as The Entrance District Tennis Club - Part of the land at 11 Sutton Ave, Long Jetty NSW 2261 – Lot 2 DP 503248 and Lots 2,3,4 and 5 DP 384949 
    Permitted use: Tennis playing, coaching and other tennis associated activities.
  • Minister for Education and Early Learning on behalf of the Department of Education – Part Blue Haven Community Centre, 1 Apsley Ct, BLUE HAVEN NSW 2262 – Lot 2 DP1089656
    Permitted Use: Before & After School Care and Occasional Care and associated children’s activities.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 that Central Coast Council intends to offer twelve (12) month short term licence to the following:

  • Chain Valley Bay Progress Association – 100 Scaysbrook Avenue, Chain Valley Bay being Crown Reserve R170019 Lot 584 DP 729004.  
    Permitted Use: Community based programs, activities and services supporting the local community. 
  • Lake Munmorah 50 Plus Leisure & Learning Centre – 1A Acacia Avenue, Lake Munmorah being Crown Reserve R170056 Lot 1 DP 722274.  
    Permitted Use: A Seniors Centre with positive ageing programs for people aged 50 years and over and for people with disabilities.
