Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 14(1)(a), (2) and (4) and Clause 16(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Council has adopted an amendment to Central Coast Development Control Plan 2022 specifically by the adoption of an amended Chapter 2.14 – Site Waste Management.

Purpose The purpose of the amendment to Chapter 2.14 Site Waste Management is to ensure 
the wording of the Chapter is consistent with the adopted DA Guidelines: Resource and 
Waste Management Planning.

The Development Control Plan (DCP) chapter repeals the previous version of the DCP and becomes effective on the date this Notice is published on Council’s website.
