Council’s successful façade improvement program is back!

From 1 September 2023, businesses and commercial property owners will have the opportunity to access up to $5,000 to enhance their building façades and improve accessibility on their site. 

Last year, the pilot program saw 30 successful applications deliver improvements in Wyong, Toukley, The Entrance and Gosford. Due to its popularity, this year we’re expanding the program to include two more town centres; Terrigal and Woy Woy.

Supporting local businesses, enhancing their offering and accessibility to assist with the revitalisation of our local town centres also helps local businesses attract visitors to spend locally and contribute to our economy. 

Project ideas don’t have to be costly to make an impact and could include painting, signage, updated awnings, installation of access ramps and more.

Council is hosting information sessions at the below times for those interested in finding out more information.  

• Tuesday 15 August from 5.30pm at Wyong Administration Building (2 Hely St, Wyong)
• Wednesday 16 August from 5.30pm at Laycock Street Theatre (5 Laycock St Wyoming)
