This form is for School Bookings on Sporting Fields & Sports Facilities only.

For school bookings on all other reserves and beaches (that are not Sports fields) Please visit Council's user-friendly online booking system Bookable

Council should receive all Sports Field booking requests at least 10 days before the event in order to assess and approve any booking. This form is to be used for all Central Coast Local Government Area.

Please Note - There is restricted use of Council sporting facilities during seasonal changeover periods (MAR/APR & SEP/OCT). Bookings are not permitted prior to 10am on a Monday.
