At certain stages of construction, mandatory building inspections are required to ensure building standards are being met and the development complies with the approval.
Inspections are mandatory, and if they are not passed as satisfactory, an occupation certificate might not be able to be issued. Request an inspection by completing the Building Inspection Bookings Form.
