LEP - Amendment - Request Form
Local Environmental Plan (LEP) Amendement Request is required when wishing to apply for an amendement to the LEP.
Lake Haven Library is currently closed due to flooding. Contractors are on site undertaking detailed assessments and necessary repair works. At this stage, the library is expected to remain closed for approximately one to two weeks, subject to the progress of works. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
