Our facilities are equipped with many accessible features, to ensure that everyone can enjoy our spaces.

- Main entrance easily accessible from the carpark, with all public areas accessible via ramps
- Companion Card affiliated: carers can attend for free when accompanying people with disability (a valid Companion Card must be shown to staff on entry)
- Gym and Group Fitness entries are fully accessible, with wheelchair-compliant gates and automatic touchless entry points
- Quiet Hour in the gym every Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm-2pm, for those with low-sensory needs
- Sports Hall is fully accessible by ramp
- 50 metre pool is accessible by lift, warm water program pool is accessible by ramp and lift, leisure pool is accessible by ramp and beach entry
- Splash Park is zero depth and therefore fully accessible
- Submersible water wheelchairs are available for free hire
- Accessible bathrooms are located throughout the facility, in both wet and dry areas, including access to mobile lifts and an adult change table
