The information on this page may not be correct during this unprecedented health event. Essential services are still being provided to the community, however many Council services and programs have been placed on hold while facilities and some open spaces are closed.

Our COVID-19 information area details all impacts to Council services, facilities and programs as well as the local response to coronavirus.

To ensure everyone has access to a good read, our Bookmobile visits selected nursing homes and community stops across the Central Coast to connect and engage communities unable to readily access branch libraries. The Bookmobile helps to ensure everyone has access to lifelong learning resources as well as recreational reading, listening and viewing material.

Members can reserve library items and select the Bookmobile as their collection point, which can now also be done via our Library App. There is no separate Bookmobile collection with the items for borrowing rotated regularly to ensure there is always something new to borrow.

The timetable is reviewed quarterly and is available below, or from any library branch. 

To express interest in adding a location to the timetable, please email library@centralcoast.nsw.gov.au.

Please note the Bookmobile is returning with a reduced timetable with no stops for schools or childcare facilities following a break during the COVID-19 closures. The timetable will be reviewed in line with changing health guidelines as required.
