Nunyara Aboriginal Health Unit and the Gosford Regional Gallery are working in partnership to deliver an art exhibition at the Gosford Hospital in November 2022. 
The theme of the exhibition is living with and preventing chronic disease, which is a focus area for Nunyara. We are looking for members of the local Aboriginal community, of all artistic abilities, to participate in the exhibition by entering artworks related to living with chronic disease, or prevention of chronic disease through a healthy lifestyle. 
The exhibition will take place in the main corridor of level 4 of the Gosford Hospital Friday 25 November 2022 – Tuesday 13 February 2023. 

Artwork limitations: 
Artworks must be no more than 1.2 metres (120cm) high, and 1.5 metres (150cm) wide.
Artworks must be 2 dimensional. E.g: painting, drawing, print, collage. (Small sculptures may be accepted if they are light and mostly flat)
No sharp edges or features that protrude 
No offensive themes, wording or imagery
Artworks can be delivered framed or unframed. 

Key dates: 
Artwork drop-off: by 4pm Monday 14 November 2022. 
Exhibition install: Friday 25 November 2022
Exhibition dates: Friday 25 November 2022 – Tuesday 13 February 2023
Artwork pick-up: from Monday 20 February 2023 from the Gosford Regional Gallery.

Conditions of entry

- Open to anyone identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
- Artworks may be for sale, however sales will take place directly between the artist and purchaser. The Gosford Regional Gallery will take details of potential purchasers and pass them on to the artist to follow up. 
- This is not a competition, nor a paid exhibition. No prizes or payments are available.
- The exhibition space is monitored by staff but not supervised around the clock. Whilst efforts are made to secure the artworks so they cannot be removed, the Gosford Regional Gallery, Central Coast Council, and Central Coast Local Health District are not liable for any loss or damage to any artworks.
- Entrants submit their artwork at their own risk. By entering their artwork(s) entrants are indicating they are aware of this.
- If you need to arrange for drop-off or pick-up outside of hours or after the deadline please contact Gosford Regional Gallery or Nunyara.
- Artworks may be omitted from the exhibition if they do not meet the artwork limitations (i.e: are too large).
