The theatre offers an intimate seating space that allows patrons to choose their seats in the auditorium when booking tickets. We make every effort to ensure our site and events are accessible to our entire audience.
Tickets to all performances and events held at Laycock Street Community Theatre, Don Craig Room and the Peninsula Theatre are sold directly through Laycock Street Community Theatre box office. The box office is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm, and one hour prior to each performance for ticket collections and purchases.
Online Booking provides the convenience of booking tickets 24 hours, seven days a week. To buy tickets online, search for your event and follow the prompts through to booking. Please ensure the performance date and time is correct prior to confirming your booking.
You can either print your tickets at home, or collect them from the box office during opening hours. A transaction fee applies to online bookings.
When purchasing tickets online, you will need to provide certain personal information, including your name and contact details. Without this information, your purchase cannot be processed. This information is stored securely to enable us to contact you in the case of any unforeseen changes to the performance schedule.
To book your tickets over the phone, please call the Laycock Street Community Theatre on 4323 3233, from Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Payment for ticket purchases over the phone can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Your tickets will be available for collection from the theatre box office during opening hours, or one hour prior to your performance time. A transaction fee applies to phone bookings.
Concession pricing may be available for some shows depending on the performance. Please indicate if a concession is required at the time of booking. Please note that concession card holders must have their card when attending a performance.
Laycock Street Community Theatre welcomes group bookings on selected productions; minimum group numbers and prices differ from show to show. The theatre also welcomes group bookings for schools (by arrangement) on applicable education/children’s shows. Group discounts may apply at the venue/producers/agents/presenters discretion. The advertised group ticket price does not apply to any other tickets and cannot be accommodated with other ticket types.

For wheelchair or special seating arrangements, contact the box office directly on 4323 3233. Laycock Street Community Theatre supports the attendance of assistance animals. Patrons requiring assistance animals are asked to retain the animals 'passport' or certification card when in attendance. A hearing loop is installed in the auditorium for your convenience.
Exchanges and refunds
Laycock Street Community Theatre does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. A refund or exchange of a ticket is only offered if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
