One – Central Coast
It is important to know how Council operates, plans and spends the budget and how this connects to what the community has told us is important.
Our key plans outline how we’ll identify and plan funding priorities, manage regional challenges and plan for a sustainable future.
One – Central Coast, Community Strategic Plan 2018-2028 is a 10 year plan developed by Council but it isn’t Council’s plan. It was developed through engagement with the community to help set the priorities and confirm strategies and activities that best achieve the community’s desired outcomes for the future.
It is Council’s contract with the community.
The Delivery Program is Council’s 4 year commitment to deliver the activities included in the Community Strategic Plan. The Central Coast Council Operational Plan for 2018-19, sets out the individual projects and actions to be undertaken in a year and includes financial estimates and performance indicators, details of the capital works program and the Schedule of Fees and Charges.
The Resourcing Strategy describes the finance, assets and workforce planning needed to carry out the long term community priorities. It is made up of the Long Term Financial Plan, Workforce Management Plan and the Asset Management Plan.
