Connect with other primary school age booklovers to discuss books you have read, would like to read or find something new to read.
As we are limited to the number of customers we can have in our branch to adhere to social distancing requirements, we are continuing to bring you many of our regular programs in online formats.
Usually run from our Erina branch on the third Thursday of the month during school terms, our Bookblasts program aims to provide students in years 3-6 a safe space for primary school students to talk about their favourite books and authors. There are no set books or titles.
This is a great opportunity for those that may not have otherwise been able to attend in branch to find out what it’s all about as well as those who may be a little shy in social settings.
Even though online, bookings are still required as places are limited. An email will be sent out to attendees 48 hours before the event with details on how to join online. Make sure to also check your junk/spam folder and if you don't receive an email 48 hours prior, contact us for assistance.
