Young Adults are invited to join Dungeons & Dragons, the world’s greatest role playing game!

We’ll meet via Zoom over two or three sessions, completing a short adventure and learning the basics of the game.

Sessions will be held on weekday afternoons/evenings during the current lockdown, over a few weeks, with the actual day to be confirmed pending interest and availability.

If you are interested, please write to children& and let us know what days/times you are available (the more options the better please!)

This event is suitable for ages 12 – 17 years.

Did you know tabletop games offer learning opportunities?

Tabletop games foster Experiential learning opportunities to promote 21st Century skills; concepts increasingly promoted in schools (including our own Australian education system).

These skills include communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking.

Explorations of numeracy and probability are also used throughout the games.

At a micro level, games are driven by decisions and actions.

Players reflect upon these actions, innovate creatively by critically thinking of potential results, while having fun.
