While some of our libraries are reopening for double vaccinated visitors and staff, some remain closed and are offering a Click and Collect service.
Click and Click is available to all Central Coast Library Service Members, providing a contactless way to ensure you get your items with no difficulty.
Follow these steps to reserve your items and collect from your nominate library branch.
Search our online catalogue or Library App by keyword, title, author or subject.
Reserve up to 10 library items.
Login to your account with your library card number and PIN (DOB DDMMYYYY).
Select your preferred library branch as the pickup from location.
Items are available for collection from the following library branches: Bateau Bay, Erina, Gosford, Kariong, Lake Haven, or Umina Beach.
Once your items are ready for collection you will receive a phone call or email. If you wish to check your contact details are up to date please contact your local branch.
Following notification you are able to pick up your items during Click and Collect hours:
Bateau Bay, Erina, Gosford, Lake Haven, or Umina Beach.
Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm.
Tuesday and Thursday, 10am-12pm
By appointment only.
When you arrive at the library for collection please phone the number displayed on the Click and Collect poster at the front entrance.
Please ensure you bring your Central Coast Library Service card or Photo ID to collect.
Library items are able to be returned through branch after hours chutes.
For the safety of borrowers and staff, you will need to check in using the QR code, maintain at least 1.5 metres of social distance and wear a mask.
These library branches remain closed at this time. As such browsing the collection, accessing to PCs, printing, photocopying, JPs and other library services are unavailable.
