Computer and Internet Access

Computers for public use are available at all branches of the library. Bookings of up to one hour may be made (with a limit of two hours per day). Please contact your local branch to make a booking.

Programs available are Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Council's Conditions for Public Access to the Internet are displayed on each computer. Please also see our Internet Policy 2018.

Printing services

Printing from PC (Black and white)A4 $0.20 per page / A3 $0.60 per page

Wi-Fi at the library

All library branches have FREE access to Wi-Fi (for appropriately configured Wi-Fi enabled devices). Just ask for a Wi-Fi ticket at the front counter and you will be given a user name and password. This gives you one hour or 500MB of free access.

Please note that library staff are unable to help you configure Wi-Fi settings on your device. Whilst printing is not available from the Wi-Fi setting, you can print items from your USB drive when connected to one of our public computers (bookings required).

All our library branches have a mobile charging station as well as special laptop benches.

Council accepts no responsibility for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the wireless service, including viruses, adware or spyware in our libraries.

Photocopy services at the library

All library branches have a coin operated photocopier. You can also scan to a USB Flash drive from our photocopiers.
