Following the initial assessment of EOI’s I understand that in the event that I am considered for a temporary licence I am obligated to provide the following documentation as part of the assessment process:
- Certificates of Accreditation - Company and instructors
- Regulatory Licences/Approvals
- Working With children Check (if working with children under the age of 18)
- Risk Management Plan
- Environmental Risk Assessment Form
- Public Liability Certificate of Currency - minimum $20 million (Central Coast Council & the Minister Administering the Crown Lands Act 1989 listed as interested parties)
- Parking Management Plan

This information is being collected by Council for the purpose of assessing your application to use one of Council’s Open Space areas and for ongoing contact with you in relation to your application and if approved, use of Council’s Open Space areas.
