Public Notice: Proposed lease over Crown Land – 81 The Esplanade Terrigal

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease 81 The Esplanade Terrigal (also known as Lot 3 in DP 1060783). 

The land will be used for Operation of a surf life saving club; sub-lease and/or licences with the approval of Council; functions and bookings for community groups and private individuals

The total term for which the land will be leased 20 years and the land will be leased to Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
