Public Notice: Proposed lease over community land: Part of 67A Aldinga Drive Wamberal

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 67A Aldinga Drive, Wamberal. The land will be used for the operation of a telecommunications facility under The Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), to be located on existing Council infrastructure.

The term of the initial lease will be 5 years. At the expiry of the initial lease, a further lease will be entered into for an additional term of 5 years subject to satisfactory performance of the initial lease. The land will be leased to Amplitel Pty Ltd.
