Public Notice: Proposed lease over Community land: 15 Maitland Bay Drive BLACKWALL

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of 15 Maitland Bay Drive BLACKWALL for the purpose of Community programs, activities and services primarily focused on pottery, arts and Craft.. The land will be leased to Ettalong Beach Arts and Craft Centre Inc. for a period of five (5) years.

Written submissions may be made to Central Coast Council.
