Public Notice: Proposed lease over community land - 149 Donnison Street, Gosford

In accordance with provisions of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out part of Rumbalara Reserve (Reserve Number 91745), 149 Donnison Street, Gosford.

The term of the lease will be for a period of 5 years commencing 1 July 2026. The land will be leased to Minister for Education and Early Learning.

Purpose: Environment Education Centre for Teaching and administrative activities

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission must be in writing, and it must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
