Public Notice: Proposed lease over community land: 1-3 Fassifern St, Ettalong Beach

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to lease out 1-3 Fassifern St, Ettalong Beach NSW 2257

Permitted use: Operation of a Caravan Park in accordance with the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 (NSW).

The term of the lease will be 5 years commencing 1st September 2028. The land will be leased to INA Operations Pty Limited ACN 159 195 632.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed lease arrangements, your submission must be in writing, and it must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
