Proposed licence over Crown Land - 19 Patonga Drive, Patonga

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Central Coast Council gives notice that it proposes to licence out part of 19 Patonga Drive, Patonga (also known as part Lot 7307 in DP 1159203). The land will be used for purposes associated with the storage of outrigger canoes. 

The total term for which the land will be licensed is 1 year and the land will be licensed to Central Coast Outrigger Canoe Club.

If you wish to make a submission about the proposed licence arrangements, your submission should be in writing, and it should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of Central Coast Council.
