DCP Public Notice: Adoption of amendment to CCDCP 2022 Chapter 5.11 Terrigal
Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 14(1)(b), (2) and (4) and Clause 16(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, Council has adopted amendments to Central Coast Development Control Plan 2022 (CCDCP), specifically through an amendment to Chapter 5.11 Terrigal, Corner Charles Kay Drive and Terrigal Drive.
Property: The Chapter applies to land shown in Figure 1
The purpose of the Chapter is to provide a range of planning and built form guidelines to guide future detailed design of the site to ensure any development responds to the unique constraints of the site.
This amendment repeals the previous version of Central Coast DCP 2022 and will become effective from the date amendment to the Central Coast Local Environmental Plan 2022 relating to Planning Proposal PP_2023_1899 (RZ/5/2023) is notified as being in effect on the NSW Legislation website.
