Footpath upgrades

Council have completed pavement and curb rectification works on Margaret Streetto improve pedestrian and vehicle safety. Works included structural changes around the curb, removal of existing ramps and removal of chairs and has resulted in less congestion, with the street no longer presenting a hazard for those that have impaired mobility. 

Gateway signs

Wyong town centre’s gateway signs have been installed in three prominent locations, each showcasing Wyong’s unique identity. After months of planning and collaboration, Wyong town centre’s identity signs were installed in July. The identity signs have their own unique emblem which represents Wyong’s history and specific features. The emblem was designed to reflect the identity of the town centre with a connection to water, and the colours within the emblem were inspired by the urban and natural landscape.
